when will i receive my order?

Most of our orders are delivered within 5–7 working days depending on your location. After you place an order, you’ll receive a tracking link on your WhatsApp or email once it is shipped.

what if i received wrong product?

We’re very sorry! If you receive the wrong item, just send us clear photos and your order ID at dslumacart@gmail.com within 2 days of delivery, and we’ll fix it as fast as possible.

Is COD availabe on all products? if not, why are some products only prepaid?
